Reminder: Trimble Local Students will be dismissed 2 Hours Early Wednesday November. 20, 2024
We will once again be having our Thanksgiving Feast for students in middle school (grades 6-8) on November 26th. A letter was sent home asking for donations of either a side dish, a dessert, or drinks as well as asking for volunteers to help serve. (Individually packaged drinks only, please. Nothing that needs to be poured.) If you are able to donate something it is very much appreciated. Please either send the letter with the item you are donating written down or a note stating what you are donating. If you are able to volunteer to help that day please let us know that as well. Thank-you for supporting our school community.

Notice : Our Jacksonville building was under a soft lockdown this morning 11/7/2024 due to criminal activity in the Jacksonville area. This lockdown has been lifted without any concern of threat .

Trimble Tomcat Clinic now has flu shots available for students/staff and parents. We are asking anyone interested to call and schedule an appointment.
Just a reminder that tomorrow evening the Science Fair Showcase will be held in the Middle School cafeteria from 5:30 - 7:00 pm

FINANCIAL AID NIGHT
Financial Aid Night is planned for Thursday, November 7th, at 6:00 pm in the high school cafeteria. A representative from Ohio University will be present to discuss the FAFSA form. Seniors and their parents/guardians are encouraged to attend.
Red Ribbon Spirit Week for Trimble Elementary and Middle School students is happening next week. Have fun participating and start the week off wearing your pajamas to school on Monday!
Trimble Local Schools is excited to announce that, thanks to the generous funding from the Trimble Textbook and Supply Foundation and Project RISE at Athens Meigs ESC for connecting us with the local carpenters union, we are now officially registered as a Pre-Apprenticeship/Apprenticeship program with the state of Ohio and the Carpenters Union! This means our students can now earn industry-recognized credentials right here at Trimble High School, with the added benefit of direct admission opportunities to the Carpenters Union.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who made this partnership possible, including Megan Ellsworth, Career Connections Outreach Specialist for the Central Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters, Matt Curtis, Trimble High School Principal, Nicolle Miller, Trimble High School Counselor, Lynann Bolyard, Trimble College and Career Readiness Coordinator, the Trimble Textbook and Supply Foundation, and Tracey Blevins, Trimble High School Woodshop Teacher.
