8th grade families,
If you attempted to attend last night's DC meeting via Zoom or by calling in, we apologize. We were experiencing technical difficulties. For those who were able to attend in-person, thank you for coming!
All 8th grade students were sent home today with a list of important points from last night's meeting. Please get that information from your child. As a reminder, those who register for the trip by tomorrow will save $50 off the cost of the trip, and the first 20 students to register will save $100. Please register as soon as possible. The deadline to sign up is December 7th.
Candle and wax melt fundraiser forms and money are due by November 30th. If you have any questions or concerns, you can message Ms. Sharp through Remind. Have a wonderful break and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Attention 8th Grade Families:
If your child is a student in the 8th grade and interested in attending the Washington DC trip in the spring, you are invited and strongly encouraged to attend one of the upcoming parent/guardian informational meetings.
These meetings will be held on Monday, November 22nd at 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM in the Elementary/Middle School Library. Parents who are unable to attend in person may join the 7:30 meeting virtually through Zoom, or may call in to join the meeting. Information on how to join the meeting virtually or on the phone was included in the DC informational packet your child brought home last week.
We hope that all 8th grade students take advantage of this opportunity to attend our class trip, and we really hope to see you all at one of the meetings. If you have any questions or concerns, contact Chrissy Sharp at the middle school.
Middle School science fair will take place on Monday, Nov. 22nd during the school day. Parents and guardians are invited to attend an open house that evening from 6:00-7:30 pm in the cafeteria if you would like to see the students’ displays. Refreshments will be served. Hope to see you there!
Reminder that tomorrow (Nov. 17th), all students will have a 1 hour early release per our district calendar for teacher meetings.
Sealed bids for items listed for sale will be received by the Board of Education of the Trimble Local School District, at the District Office until 3:00pm on Tuesday November 23, 2021. Bids will be opened at the District Office at 9:00am on Wednesday, November 24th, 2021. Bids should include the item number, bid amount and the contact information of the bidder; bids must be sealed and marked “bid closed”. The district shall notify the high bidder and funds shall be received by the district no later than noon on December 1, 2021. Please make all bids addressed as (To the Attention of Jared Bunting).
